Wood
Islands Provincial Park
Location: Wood Island Ferry Terminal
The Wood Islands Park has a great beach where you can swim
at high tide or clam dig when it is low. It is a day use park
where you will find playground equipment, beach, bathroom
facilities, boat ramp, wharf, picnic area and food services.
The children will love the little fishing shanty village and
everyone can be transported back in time as you visit the
lighthouse, open for touring, daily.

Cabin Museum

This unique log cabin has an intriguing private collection,
over 300 articles. There are gramophones, over 100 lamps, bottle
collection, large assortment of crystal, rockery, china and
a bedroom of the 1800s. Complete kitchen fixtures and utensils
over 100 years old as well as farm machinery. |
